The Pollard Estates neighborhood was established in South Baton Rouge in 1956. The architecture of the homes is very diverse with many classic mid-century styles as well as more modern homes. This is a well established neighborhood with many large, beautiful trees. Many older homes are being purchased and renovated by young families. This new life in Pollard Estates is very exciting!
Nestled between Pennington Biomedical Research Center and Southdowns on Perkins Road, Pollard Estates is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Baton Rouge!
This website is the official site for the Civic Association of Pollard Estates (CAPE). Residents will find information on how to join the civic association as well as neighborhood news and event listings. Membership is not required however it is highly encouraged.
