Box 14582, Baton Rouge, LA 70898. If you would like to be on the Pollard email list please inlude your email address.
If you just purchased your home your dues for this year may have already been paid. We would enjoy meeting with you and
answer any questions that you may have.

Benefits of Joining
There are several benefits to becoming a member of CAPE. The dues are used for beautifing our common areas, Pollard auto
stickers, private security and neighborhood parties.
