The Civic Association of Pollard Estates Board of Directors invites all Pollard Estates residents to our open Board Meeting on Monday, November 17th at the South Branch Library (Perkins & Glasgow). Light refreshments and snacks will be served.
This is your chance to hear the latest news about activities in Pollard this year and plans for the holidays. We also have news about upcoming changes to security measures in our neighborhood. Come visit with your neighbors and see the new library; it’s an ideal space for public meetings and community needs.
CAPE Board Openings
Vacant CAPE Board positions available to be filled by neighborhood volunteers will be discussed at the meeting and if you are able to serve on the board, we would welcome your assistance.

Christmas Decoration Contest
The Pollard Estates Christmas decorating contest will begin soon and we are thrilled to see all of your homes lit up bright! The winner will be announced on December 22nd, and a home decorating gift certificate will be awarded by your favorite volunteer, dues-based (😉) neighborhood association!
Christmas Parade & Caroling The neighborhoods of Pollard Estates and Woodchase are hosting a Dads Santa parade and Christmas Caroling on Saturday, December 6th starting at 3:30 PM, with Caroling festivities starting at 5:00 PM. Additional details to follow soon!
We hope all residents will come out to our Open Meeting next Monday to meet our CAPE Board of Directors and visit with your neighbors. We look forward to seeing you on Monday, November 17th at 6:00 pm. Parking is available in the library lot off of Glasgow Avenue and the fenced gravel lot on the corner by Perkins Road.
