Simply drop off your bottle (with your name attached) between 9/21 and 9/23 at 5733 Hyacinth Ave to RSVP.
Route: Beginning at The Duvalls, 6012 Hibiscus Drive, then walking to the Wolfs, 1712 Dahlia St, and ending the night at the Fortenberrys, 2044 Columbine St
Good wine. Light Snacks. Great neighbors. A little walking. A lot of fun.

2027 CAPE Board Members
A Special Thank You to Steve Oivanki — After eight years of dedicated volunteer service as CAPE President, Steve will be stepping down at the end of the year. We are deeply grateful for the years of service and devotion to our community.
To ensure CAPE’s continued success, we are looking for neighbors to volunteer to fill several openings we have on the board currently. If you are interested in any of the roles, please contact any board member!
President: Amos Gibson
Vice President: OPEN - Assists the President as needed
Treasurer: Tyler Thomas (continuing)
Secretary: Colorado Robertson
Governmental Relations: Kean Jones (continuing)
Social Events: Miranda Fortenberry/Amanda Hoover
Security: OPEN - Coordinates the off-duty police patrol and serves as the point of contact for security incidents. No law enforcement background required
Beautification: OPEN - Leads entrance sign and common-area upkeep — planting, lighting, contractor/gardener coordination. No gardening background required
CAPE Dues
2026 dues collection currently stands at 43%. If you have not yet paid your 2026 dues, we strongly encourage you to do so today. Your dues help fund off-duty police patrols, Flock Safety cameras at neighborhood entrances, common area maintenance, community events, and many other benefits that enhance the quality and safety of our neighborhood
You can pay online using the link below or via Venmo @Pollard-Estates. To make the process even easier, we will be placing additional signs throughout the neighborhood featuring QR codes that allow for quick and convenient payment.
